An Asher safe-resturant (the 2nd one we've found!)

Dear John,
We read in the latest issue of the magazine, Living Without, that the Bamboo club is one of a handful of “allergy-friendly” restaurants in Arizona.
My son, Asher, has multiple allergies, and I have resigned myself to packing his food when our family goes out to eat. Today, we went to the Bamboo Club to see if we could find something for him.
We went around 11 am, and our server, Jessica, was very nice when we explained the situation. She went to talk to the chef about the entire menu, came back, and sat down with us to explain what could be made safe for Asher.
Your restaurant is the first one we’ve been to where that sort of effort has been made. We were so impressed with Jessica and her empathy, and the chef’s willingness to make something “to order” for Asher at this busy time of year.
I was so pleased with our experience and plan on telling just about anyone who will listen how great the Bamboo Club is.
Thanks to you and your staff for such sensitivity!
Best Wishes,
Emily Clyde Curtis
